This is one of the few privileged villas rein Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for ur very few neighbours so I an dem afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over.

Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location for walking around Palma. The room welches lovely with attention to small details and a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard with the hustle and bustle of Palma. The breakfast is served outside rein the courtyard (there is also indoor seating for days with poor weather but we had lots of sun) and welches delicious.
Lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurants were equally impressive, with a variety of menus that never failed to delight. The quality of the food, combined with the attentive service, made every meal a pleasure.
The Situation was absolutely beautiful, definitely one of the nicest holiday homes we have ever had. The grounds were exceptional with lots of orange and lemon trees (fig, pomegranate and walnut too!
